Volunteers can pick up tickets across from the IMU box office on Wednesday from noon to 5:00pm AND on Thursday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. After 7pm on Thursday, your tickets will be handled at the entrance to the show in the Will Call area (enter the doors across from the IMU parking ramp).

Volunteers can come into the show an hour early (6:00pm) to spend time in the volunteer lounge, where food and drinks will be provided. Volunteers will be allowed to enter the Main Lounge 10 minutes before doors open to the general public. If you are entering at 6:00pm, please be at the Hubbard Commons Main Lounge entrance between 5:45pm and 6:15pm as these doors will only be open for a short time due to security reasons. You can also enter with general public at 7:00pm through the doors across from the IMU parking ramp - so if you don’t get tickets ahead of time, your names will be given to Will Call and you can pick up tickets the day of at the Main Lounge outdoor entrance.
