Get Volunteers
The 10,000 Hours Show offers a free and easy way for you to recognize your current volunteers and recruit new ones with volunteer-only incentives.
To participate, you simply need to:
- Register with our local volunteer center.
- Provide and advertise accessible volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
- Promptly verify the hours online submitted by 10K volunteers. Please consult our FAQ section or contact us at nonprofits@10000hoursei.org for questions concerning the verification process.
Only volunteers with at least 10 hours verified by eligible nonprofits are awarded a free concert ticket. To recruit and recognize 10K volunteers, your nonprofit must verify their hours! Verification tips and eligibility criteria can be found in the Non-Profits FAQ section.
The 10,000 Hours Show is a general volunteer outreach and incentive program, but we cannot guarantee the individual quality or character of volunteers who connect to your nonprofit through our efforts. We are not liable for any volunteer or volunteer opportunity. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age to participate in our program.
The 10,000 Hours Show of Eastern Iowa is partnered with the the United Way of Johnson County’s Volunteer Center to publicize volunteer opportunities and track volunteer information.
