HELP NEEDED FOR CRISIS CENTER

Interested in helping the hungry in Johnson County? Are you looking to volunteer your time to serve those in need? The Crisis Center of Johnson County will be training new volunteers this spring.

The Crisis Center's Food Bank & Emergency Assistance program operates Monday through Friday from 12:00 -- 4:30 pm. Volunteers for these hours are critical and work a weekly, 3-hour shift. Morning and evening hours are also available. Training for the Food Bank is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20th from 1:00 pm -- 6:00 pm. Those volunteering during times that require more training will be asked to attend trainings specific to their interests.
